The design department consists of a well-coordinated team of designers dealing with the correct preparation of:

- building management systems,
- safety systems,
- telecommunication systems,
- fire protection and evacuation systems,
concerning the technical security of public, industrial and private facilities.
Thanks to qualified staff and cooperation with inspectors and experts, we perform analyzes in terms of fire safety and security of properties.
The implementation department consists of a team of professionals dealing with the installation of teletechnical, safety and fire protection systems. As part of the provided services, we implement projects from the beginning to the end of the investment.
After commissioning of the systems, we train future users and administrators so that they can take full advantage of the installed infrastructure. We also inform about the necessity to carry out periodic inspections recommended by device manufacturers or existing standards.
On request, we also extend and modernize the existing systems at the Investor's premises.
Our experienced staff ensures trouble-free execution of works and a positive completion of the investment.
The service department will ensure full system maintenance during the warranty and post-warranty period. The department adapts to the needs of customers, ensuring that the SLA parameters specified in the contract are maintained.

After completion of service work and removal of the failure, a service protocol is carried out in accordance with the guidelines in the contract. Additionally, system service books and registers are supplemented in accordance with the guidelines set out in the contract.
We would like to inform you that the service department is available 365 days a year, 7 days a week, 24 hours a day. We ensure the continuity of the service also on days off and holidays.
